Cases earned from a Tour match will take a certain amount of time to unlock. The amount of time needed to unlock a Case is dependent on its Rarity.

Silver: 3 Hours
Gold: 8 Hours
Platinum: 12 Hours
Diamond: 14 Hours

Only 1 Case can be unlocked at a time for Free. To unlock more at once, you will need Case Keys. The number of Case Keys needed to unlock a Case is dependent on how many Cases are being unlocked.

Unlocking a Case will start the Unlock Timer that reduces over time. The Unlock Timer can be skipped by paying a Gem amount or reduced by watching ads.
