The main way to earn Cases is by winning Tour matches. Winning a match will automatically earn you a Case if there is an available Case Slot on the Main Menu. You can store up to 4 Tour Cases at a time. These are the 4 Case Slots found at the bottom of the Main Menu. You will not receive a Case for winning a Tour match when there are no available Case Slots.

Cases can also be earned from different features and Events, such as the XP Road and the Season Pass. These are earned from completing certain objectives or winning matches. Cases earned outside of Tour matches do not take up space in the Case Slots on the Main Menu, they instead unlock immediately when earned.

Cases can also be purchased from the Store. These range from a variety of Bundles to Case Offers featuring Tour Cases. Cases purchased from the Store will always open immediately.
